CAI Investments, LLC, a property manager\/developer and private placement sponsor, has subscribed its Delaware statutory trust offering of a Cabela\u2019s retail establishment in Reno, Nevada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CAI originally purchased<\/a> the property in October 2021 for approximately $38.9 million. The 129,000-square-foot property is fully occupied by Cabela\u2019s, a subsidiary of Bass Pro Shops, which specializes in outdoor recreation products for camping, hunting, and fishing. The company said that the tenant\u2019s remaining lease term is 23 plus years, with contractually obligated annual rent increases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cThe Reno-Tahoe area is growing with an influx of people and businesses from California and other states,\u201d said CAI founder Christopher Beavor. \u201cCabela\u2019s is located in this established market with a growing economy.
