CAI Investments LLC, a property manager\/developer and private placement sponsor, has fully subscribed a manufacturing facility in Montgomery, Illinois located 45 miles west of Chicago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In August 2022, CAI purchased the 462,251-square-foot manufacturing facility for a Delaware statutory trust offering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The industrial property is fully occupied by VVF Illinois LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of personal care products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

VVF has occupied the building since 2009. As part of the acquisition, VVF signed a new 20-year lease, with contractually obligated annual 1.5% rent increases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
